Depending on the package, coaching can include personalised training programmes, app access, online check-ins, habit and lifestyle support, nutrition guidance (within scope), and ongoing adjustments based on your progress.

Absolutely. I specialise in helping post-partum women return to training safely and confidently. Programmes are tailored to your stage of recovery, fitness level, and goals, with a strong focus on rebuilding strength and sustainable fat loss.

Not necessarily. Many clients train at home with minimal equipment. If you do have gym access, your programme can be adapted to include it — both options are available.

If you need to pause or cancel, just get in touch with the required notice period outlined in your agreement. I understand that life happens, and flexibility is always approached with open communication.
