I know what it feels like to completely lose yourself in motherhood, burnout, survival mode and trying to hold everything together while quietly feeling like you’ve disappeared in the process.

Hi, I’m Roxy — the coach behind Motherload Strength.

I created Motherload Strength because I was so tired of seeing motherhood fitness marketed as either:

  • pink dumbbells and “hey mama” energy
  • or punishment-style bootcamps that leave women feeling worse about themselves

Neither felt realistic to me.

I’ve lived through the messy side of motherhood. ADHD, burnout, postnatal depression, postnatal anxiety, work stress, losing my identity and using alcohol as a coping mechanism while trying to juggle being everything for everyone else.

I know what it’s like to feel mentally exhausted before the day has even started. To restart routines over and over again. To feel like your body doesn’t belong to you anymore. To want to feel strong again but have absolutely no capacity for extreme diets, 2-hour workouts or fitness culture nonsense.

That’s why Motherload Strength exists.

You do not need a perfect routine.
You need a realistic one.

My coaching focuses on strength training that actually fits real life.

Shorter sessions. Sustainable habits. Structure without obsession. Support without judgement. Progress without needing to completely overhaul your entire personality.

I’m not here to scream motivational quotes at you while you quietly dissociate holding a kettlebell.

I’m here to help mums feel physically and mentally stronger in a way that genuinely works alongside motherhood — not against it.

Whether you’re training in my Yanchep home studio, following an online programme through the app, or just starting with the free reset, the goal is always the same:

helping you feel like yourself again.

Not the version of you before kids.

Not some unrealistic “bounce back” version.

Just a stronger, more supported version of the woman you are now.

And if your toddler screams halfway through your set or you have to reheat your coffee three times before training… honestly, you’ll fit right in here.
